Can I track my order?

There is a tracking link that is provided via Email/text message from us that allows real time tracking. There are also notifications that inform you of the status of your order.

What forms of payment are accepted at our Stores?

We accept online payment from Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Bitcoin,E-Transfer, Venmo, Zelle. Our store accepts these method for your convenience.

How does curbside pickup work?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a text/email with a link, informing you that your order is ready for pick up. Upon arrival, please stay in your vehicle and click the link in the text to fill out your vehicle information so our staff can locate you.

Are your services discreet and confidential?

Yes, we protect your privacy by abiding by HIPAA laws. All of our records and service history are 100% confidential; information is encrypted and stored securely for your protection. We will never give your personal details to anybody for any reason. This also applies to documentation for our discount programs, including Veterans, medical, and/or financial documents. Our staff is experienced in confidentially dealing with high profile clients. Should you require an additional degree of discretion during your visit or delivery, please advise our phones staff.

Do I need a medical card to shop at Green Releaf Weed Store?

No, we are open recreationally to anyone 18 and older with or without a valid form of I.D.

Is there a minimum order to qualify for same-day deliver

Delivery service requires a minimum purchase of $100 to ensure we can continue providing you with exceptional convenience and access to premium cannabis products.

When do I need to pick up my order?
We’ll send you a confirmation via email letting you know your order is ready for pick-up. When you arrive at the store, please show your order confirmation email to the security guard at the door. We fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis. After a two-hour hold time, your product may be released to other customers. If you pick-up by the end of the business day, we will do our best to fulfill your request, but some products may not be available.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?

All sales are final, however, we offer either exchanges or refunds for defective items or products that were expired at the time of purchase only. Returns and exchanges are given at the discretion of the Manager on Duty.

Does Military Monday apply to delivery and pickup orders?

Military Monday gives veterans 20% off their order and can be applied to in-store purchases, pickup orders, and delivery orders.

Is what is on your menu what you have available?

Yes. Be sure to check which location you’re shopping at in the right-hand corner of your screen. Inventory is different based on the store you’re shopping at. If you have specific questions or product requests, please contact us here.

How do I cancel an online order?

After submitting your order online simply scroll to the bottom of your order and click ‘cancel order’. You can also navigate to the ‘Order History’ tab at the top right of the screen, (next to the cart icon), and select ‘cancel order’.

What are your curbside pickup hours?

Curbside pickup is available 24/7.

What are your delivery fees and minimums?

We have no minimum and free delivery for orders over $150. Orders below that incur a $20 fee.

Are the same strains always on the men

Our menu changes based on what our vendors have available to us. While some vendors choose to grow and provide certain strains consistently, others enjoy versatility. We always strive to provide flowers of the utmost quality. As such, we provide our patients with the best quality flowers available to us, whether that’s flowers we frequently carry or superb new strains.
